Improve Your Shoulder Health With 3 Easy Exercises

The shoulders tend to be an injury prone area of the body for three main reasons:

  1. Poor thoracic (mid-back) extension.
  2. Tight internal rotators of the shoulder (the pecs and lats).
  3. Weak external rotators of the shoulder (rotator cuff musculature).
